Once a gift card is issued, it cannot be refunded.

If you use a gift card to pay for an order and later decide to return the items, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. The refund amount will be applied to your gift card balance, which can be used for future purchases.

Please Note:

• Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, the refund will be applied proportionally to the gift card.
• Gift Card Balance: Any remaining balance on the gift card after a purchase or refund will stay on the card and can be used for future transactions.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: MoxieLash is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact customer support immediately, but we may not be able to reissue or replace the card.
