Package Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Missing ItemsUpdated 8 months ago

Lost Package: If your package is lost or stolen and you purchased Route Package Protection, you can request a refund or replacement through Route. If Route was not added to your order, please contact customer support for assistance.

Damaged Package: If your package arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the damage, along with your order number and shipping address, so we can resolve the issue. If you purchased Route Package Protection, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, send us a photo of what you received, and confirm your shipping address so we can send the missing item(s) as soon as possible.
