Once you've made your purchase, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before your package is shipped. This processing time is not included in the shipping transit times. Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

If your package's tracking hasn't updated within 5 days of the last scan and you opted for Route Package Protection, you can file a claim through Route for a missing package. For example, if the last tracking update was on April 4th, you can file your claim starting on April 9th.

If you did not add Route Package Protection to your order, please reach out to our support team for assistance with your shipment.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered, we recommend waiting up to 48 hours before reaching out. While rare, tracking can sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely, and the package may arrive the next day.
